Terrible experience.
bought 2016 dodge ram 1500 4x4. Amazing people and know how to treat a customer cord and noel went out of there way for me
We we're looking to trade in our truck for a newer one. So we went ahead and got approved on the loan after we talked to them to has out a deal. But once I got back after bringing it to a mechanic's shop to get it checked out & found several thousand dollars worth of work that was needed, they couldn't work with us. Going here was a waste of several hours on my day off.
I recently bought a 2016 Grand Cherokee from them and I had a great experience. They were super courteous and from car research I did, I got a very fair deal and no problems with the vehicle so far. If/when I purchase my next vehicle I will probably start here. Not sure when the people posting negative reviews bought their vehicle but they have not been open that long and maybe why the bad experience of buying when they were just getting going.
They just reaffirmed the whole experience of a used car dealer. I would not suggest anyone going here. Before we left to go get their truck checked out, we told them exactly what we needed in the deal & they said it was doable before we left. Once we got back, it was a different story, which we didn't understand. Left feeling like we were misled or outright lied to.
Went to purchase a truck from them, was told one thing, then 45 minutes to and hour later, when I want to proceed with the deal, they reduced the amount they wanted to give me for my trade in by almost 5k, and leave me to deal with an additional 5k to fix issues with the truck I was trying to purchase.
