I was totally pleased with the way the service was handled. The staff could not have been any nicer. It was performed in a relatively short period of time and I was on my way.
My services visit was great, everything was handled in a timely manner. but my complimentary car wash was disappointing. I was not clean on the inside and dirt left on the car. It look like it was just spray with water and wipe off.
Brought my F-150 in for repeat coolant system problems. They broke a line trying to fix it and kept the truck for 5 days. They eventually gave me a rental car, but I had to haggle and hassle with them over everything. Poor communication and customer service initially. Only improved when I complained to the manager. I've definitely had better service other places.
