This location has tea that we love, I can't say that it is as consistent as it should be however. First shift, when the manager/ owner is in, is the best time to get great tea, I prefer sweet. Most of the car hops are very helpful to see that your order is satisfactory, staff will fix any issues within reason. Great taste, enjoyable atmosphere, friendly staff and the Manager is a great person to work with. Sorry though, it is a fast food location so a 5 star rating is hard to give.
Went around 2pm...ordered a breakfast toaster meal...all of the food had to have been prepared that morning and left for the customer who ordered it! They remade the order fresh but that was unnecessary.
I ordered a watermelon ice cream slush and as I was drinking it a had chunks of banana in it. Never did I order anything with banana in it. This drink was disgusting. Do they not clean equipment between different drinks? If not, this is a health hazard. What if I had been allergic to bananas. They would have caused anaphalatic reaction and caused an unexpected person to have a hospital ER visit. Never stopping at sonic again.
OMG! Staff service, very good! Sometimes gets order wrong. Call back, no problem. Get correct order next return. Mgr Barry, Excellent. Asst. Mgr, also. Friendly, kind and courteous and professional. Highly recommended when you are in the neighborhood! Hot dogs and hamburgers are good, too!
All of my visits are in the evening, so it may just be the younger staff that works that shift. Regardless, nearly every order isn't made correctly. It's always accurate on the receipt though. So, between ordering and receiving there are some mistakes. The staff makes up for what they lack in attention to detail with kindness though! So, I can't rate them too harshly. It's clean, food is fresh, and they're pretty quick! Great place if you don't have picky eaters in the car. ;)
