The experience started poorly unfortunately. It took far too long after being seated for our server to take our drink orders and then took way too long to get our entree out to us. We did order an appetizer to hold us over till then but unfortunately our Salsa Verde Nachos were lukewarm at best which does not sit well with the varying toppings. Once we had survived our appetizer, our burgers arrived. I preface this with the fact that I added a second patty and requested they not add extra cheese. When my All-Day Brunch burger did arrive it did have the extra cheese on it with our waitress mentioning it. The patty was charred on one half unfortunately and now I leave Applebeas hunger satisfied but still displeased.
No one was checking on the carside tonight or answering the phone when I tried to call. It took 20 mins before someone answered my call and brought my food out. With little kids in the vehicle, I really didnt want to take them inside considering it was below freezing all day. Not likely to get carside there again for a long time.
This has got to be the worst service I've ever had. It took close to 2 hours to even get our appetizers. She added items to our ticket that wasn't what we ordered. We ordered the 2 for $25 special and she rung up the meals separately making it more expensive. The manager did try to fix it but to be honest after 2 hours I sent my food back and was over this horrible experience. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would..
We always eat here. Good food and wait staff.
Manager was informed of a problem with our food. Said he'd fix it. No one ever came back. We saw him 20 mins later & reminded him of the problem. Our food was cold & almost gone by then. He didn't seem to care. Other tables near us also heard complaining. Thank goodness most of our food was okay & there was a great football game on.
