Overpriced considering the location, amenities and time of day.
Really bad service by owners. The young men that checked us in are good to the customers but the owner isn't, he speaks to you like you're crazy.
The owners are so rude and should be fired. all they care about is how much money they put in to their pockets. They should be concerned about the service they provide. That is what keeps customers coming back. My opinion they should be fired and never be allowed to run a hotel anywhere. The service here is below awful.
It had a smell and seemed to be in a not so good area. Stayed hot all night. Had doubts the sheets were even clean. Saw a mouse glue board with dead roaches. Bathroom was dirty and toilet wouldn't half flush. They charged 20.00 for their optional cot for a 3 year old. After room fee of 76.00.
The manager/owner is incredibly rude he does not need to be in the hospitality field. I will never stay at this property again.
