No room for improvement with these guys! Their staff is friendly, considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. They take very good care of you in a timely manner. Thank you all for doing what you do!!
Trust care is awesome. I have had several visits at TrustCare. I feel a sense if caring as soon as I walk in the door. The staff is professional and friendly. The nurses are kind, and they do a great job getting all the necessary information to proceed with your doctor visit. The doctor is awesome.
This was my 3rd visit to Trust care Express Medical Clinic in Brandon. The staff is very nice. The atmosphere is pleasant. I was in and out within one hour. The examination was very thorough. This is definitely my new "doctor's office"
Clinic was very crowded. Given this and it was the day after Christmas, the wait time was responsible. Once in a room, the staff was very quick and thorough. I was very pleased with the attention to my symptoms and the services rendered.
Staff was nice and professional. I didn’t have to wait long but only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they need some form of separation in the waiting room. Seemed like everyone there was coughing and sneezing except for me but if I had stayed any longer, I feel like I would have. I knw it’s that time of year so since I sanitized and used a napkin to open and close doors, hopefully I won’t catch whatever everyone else had
