Jeanie is the most helpful manager I have ever met. She is really on call 24/7 and always ready to find a way to satisfy a customer. She is kind, attentive and always smiling. She will work with you in any way possible to make Storage Max your storage facility. This storage Max is growing daily and she has a huge responsibility but handles it with ease. Jeanie Conrad really cares about her customers.
We found StorageMax online. Jeanie answered my phone call with a friendly voice. She explained location, rates, availability, payment terms, etc. very thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The check-In process was very smooth. There was no need for us to look further for a storage location. We appreciate how she keeps us informed of issues that concern us.
Was looking for a place to park My Truck and trailer! Being that it's oversized, I was having problems finding a place. Mrs. Jeannie was very helpful and got me right in. She even waited a lil after hours for me to come in. The lot is laid out very well and its easy to get in and out with Big trailers. A+ service
