Easily scheduled an appointment within five minutes of first calling. Richard and Andrew were on site early and thoroughly diagnosed the situation before speaking about our plan to resolve the issue and ensure no mold would possibly grow in the future. While the task seemed routine for them, they still explained each step of the process and why each step is taken. This provided peace of mind for the wife. They also understood our concern having a two year old in the home. The entire team from Andrew and Richard, to the owner (Vince) and the phone staff..were all courteous, attentive, and professional. Highly recommend this group out of Brandon. You will not be let down! I kept feeing food and drinks but they refused as they pointed out that would not be professional of them while on the clock. Proud to have these two young men working locally.
A few months ago after heavy rain, our elementary school experienced flooding in several rooms. SERVPRO was not only responsive, they handled everything with class and professionalism.
