Ive been here twice and both times had a very good experience. First time I saw Dr. Sheely. I Called they had an available appointment within an hour. Staff was good. The one triage nurse was a little rude. I was in and out in a timely manner and treated properly. Second time I saw Dr. Ross. He is wonderful. Couldn't say enough good things about him. His triage nurse was good and even funny. The second trip I was a walk in and still saw in a very timely manner. I like that this facility has a lab and xray on site because both times I went I needed one or the other. The facility is clean, the waiting room was clean and tidy and even has a play room for children. The rooms were clean and offered magazines to read. The lab and xray staff were friendly, polite, and quick. They came to the room almost immediately to get me. I give this place 5 stars. I recommend both Dr's. My absolute favorite is Dr. Ross.
They have been great for me. Even when I walk in, they are timely on getting me seen.
BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE!!! This happened earlier this year (2017). Way too many problems to list and describe in detail, but a few were: ABSOLUTE rudeness, incorrect printed language on the paperwork they wanted me to sign, refused care BY Dr. Sheely, HIMSELF, because I would not sign the form that was INCORRECT!!!! The next day they found out, from Corporate, that I was right, the language WAS incorrect!!!!!! The office manager called me the next day, apologized about the form, and said she was not aware I had left without any medical care. I went in, signed the CORRECTED PRIVACY POLICY, saw the NP, but a test was run that was unnecessary, equipment was broken and the incorrect medicine was called into my pharmacy. I called to have that corrected. Even on the second try, it was called in incorrectly.
Customer service and time schedule is pathetic. They have broken equipment and the doctor here doesn't give a **** about it. You will be doing a favor for yourself by finding something in flowood or madison, lots of good doctors and facilities, you will save time and money.
Have had very good experience with all visits. Normally a fairly short wait with an appointment.
