After walking almost the whole store looking for an item, I almost gave up. I guess I looked as lost as i felt because 2 employees asked if they could help me find anything, and then took the time to escort me to the correct place!
Waited for 2 sheets to be cut in lumber for 20 minutes walked to register twice she finally called manager 25 minutes and still waiting... what terrible service!
Nice location, and great customer service. Had a ratchet that broke (it was a husky) and walked in and showed the lady at customer service the ratchet and she told us where to go get another one. Took less than 10 minutes, And got a great ratchet with great customer service.
I love going here for all of my home design needs. There have been several projects where I have found affordably priced materials. The staff that works here is especially courteous, and I really enjoy going here to find what I need to complete my current build project.
