Worthless service, representative acted as if he didn't want to help with anything. Lied to me about being able to disconnect a phone. Will NEVER go to that store again!!
Me and my mother were just in here and my momma was just picking and messing the Justin Chambers and he was really rude!! He was very dry and rude!!
If I could give Zero stars I would. I have been in this store located on W Government Street for 2.5 hours now all because the salesperson "missed" some important info on the payment for me getting phone service through the company. She told me one amount was due with monthly installments for a phone, but AFTER signing my name on the pad, agreeing to THOSE terms and conditions, and the salesperson activating the phone, THEN was I informed that what we agreed to was incorrect. I'm EXTREMELY upset that my time was wasted. Not to mention that I had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes for them to cancel the damage that had been done. The manager Justin Chambers was very rude and dismissive to me as well as far as talking it over with me or trying to better the situation. He never even acknowledged me after he finished with his other customer. I'm so disappointed in the service I received today.
I normally don't give reviews but I had a very upsetting expirence with the employee, Brett Marshall. I was speaking with him about switching to at&t and he randomly asked if my daughter that was with me at the time was a virgin. Him asking this is unacceptable. I will never switch to this terrible company.
