Went to the Pearl location and they treated me a lot better.. took care of the matter in less than 10 minutes. I will never go to the Brandon location ever again!
Someone stole my debit account information.. Put me in the negative. Apparently while being in the negative, they decided to pay off a loan as well. The teller told me, it was nothing they could do.. and I would have to just accept it. Plus an additional 36 dollars for the over withdrawal, I didn't do.
They were very rude to me.. treated me like I was a inconvenience. Also acted as if I possibly did those charges myself. I felt very insulted.
